Kids' workshop in Oxygono

This Saturday, March 21st we invite you in OXYGONO,  for a music-and-movement workshop for preschoolers with Stella Mastorosteriou –based on the books Alex, time to bathe! and Alex, eat something! by Alison Falkonaki.

The books are from a new greek book series –a total of four books, that aim to encourage kids and parents to regulate with a humorous mood everyday issues like bath time, nutrition, tidying up and facing fears. With wonderful illustrations that depict the rampant imagination of a little boy, these books become a handy tool for every parent.

The workshop combines movement, music and play. We will use the books for music activities and movement improvisations and we will come up with small choreographies inspired by ideas and movements from the kids’ everyday activities!

Through music-and-movement activities, kids learn to recognize rhythm in movement and in music, to listen to the music and follow it as they dance. Through improvisation activities kids cultivate their imagination and creativity, discover their own personal way of moving and learn to recognize and respect each other’s diversity.

For more info and registrations, visit OXYGONO.
More kids' books and more kids' dances!
